Political Passions Run High, but Civic Skills Run Dry

Tomorrow at the National Press Club in Washington I have the privilege of meeting with other experts, policy makers, government officials, and advocates to discuss how to improve civic skills, a topic near and dear to my heart and the heart of democracy.  New research will be released tomorrow indicating that access to civic skills is uneven among young people.
