- Melissa has a Ph.D. in public policy and econometrics and holds the Professional Statistician (PStat) certification from the American Statistical Association.
- Melissa is fanatical about finding meaning in data and seeing organizations make data-driven decisions that forward their missions. She’s done this in the nonprofit, corporate, and government sectors, and within litigation settings.
- She previously held faculty positions at Arizona State University in the Schools of Public Affairs and Sustainability, Allegheny College, and a Fulbright professorship at the Universität Duisburg-Essen in Germany.
- FirstEval is based in Scottsdale, AZ, serving Arizona and the U.S.
